Weekly Rides

Outdoor rides are resuming. Check each location for details.


*Salt Lake City (University): Mondays @ 6:20a

Done until 2020.

Meet at Rotary Glen Park, just east of Hogle Zoo.

We ride up Emigration Canyon toward Big Mountain. Different groups will turn around at various points depending on available time and fitness.


Salt Lake City (Holladay): 1st & 3rd Thursdays @ 6p

Done until 2020.

Meet in the Olympus Hills Shopping Center parking lot (3900 S and Wasatch Blvd). We're usually between HANGAR 15 Bicycles and Ace Hardware.


Salt Lake City (Draper): 2nd & 4th Thursdays @ 6p

Done until 2020.

Meet at Recharge Sports Performance (on 11400 S just west of 700 E). Take I-15 to 11400 S (the Scheels exit) and head east. Recharge is on the right (south) side of the road just before 700 E.


Salt Lake City (VARIOUS) MTB: Wednesdays @ 6:30p

Message Jeff "The Bike Whisperer" Sherrod to find out each week's meeting point and time. Expect a casual (beginner friendly) ride for 1:30-1:45.

This is a MOUNTAIN bike ride.

*Ogden: Tuesdays @ 530p. This is one Utah's largest and longest-running group rides!

Meet at ENVE (508 W. Stockman Way). This ride starts at 6p sharp! The LiVe Well Domestic Elite team will lead each of the following groups:

Race pace: drop ride with attacks (not through stop signs!)
Max speed 26 mph: drop ride no attacks
Max speed 24 mph: drop ride no attacks
Max speed 22 mph: drop ride no attacks (new group)
Max speed 20 mph: NO drop

If you get dropped from your group and you join another group behind you MUST ride the speed of your new group.


Park City: Tuesdays @ 5:30p

RSVP by email each week to ride organizer, Anna Nemeckay, to confirm the week's plans and so you can be contacted if there is a cancellation for weather or other circumstances. She's very responsive and will get back to right away with exact meeting time (between 5:30-6p) and location (somewhere in Park City). Be sure you bring water, fuel, helmet, and what you need if you get a flat. Routes vary each week. These are “catch-up” style rides, meaning the group waits for everyone to catch up at different points of the ride.

Farmington (INDOOR): M,W,Th,Sa @ 5:30a

Join team mentor Nate Cook at his house for indoor, power-based training rides. If you have a Kickr or stationary trainer, bring it. If you don't, no problem; he has a few to go around. He's also got treadmills! On weekdays, training lasts until you need to go to work or your next commitment. On Saturdays, training happens 5:30 - 11:30a, come and go as you need ... and know that on Saturdays donuts are always provided!

Whatever your plans, contact Nate in advance to confirm details for the day so you can be prepared with proper gear — some days include runs. On Tuesdays and Fridays, Nate and crew head to the pool!
