Utah Olympic Oval (5624 Cougar Ln, Salt Lake City, UT 84118 - directions)
Coaches will be present for pointers, tips and to help you adapt each session to your ability and target race distance. Immediately following this swim from 715-815a, we host a post-run recovery swim at KOPFC (the adjacent building). Fine if you have to bounce after track, and you’re welcome to the swim even if you don’t come to track.
Free to workout with us, but we ask you cover your facility fee which is about $5.

Olympus High School Track (directly east of the main building)
Coaches will be present for pointers, tips and to help you adapt each session to your ability and target race distance.
Free. Park in the main lot south of the school. When school is in session, plan to clear out around 7 to make room for students driving to school.
Utah County (American Fork): Tuesdays @ 5:45-7a - done until 2020
American Fork High School Track (directly East of the main building)
Jog the track to warmup when you arrive. Session starts at 6a. Coaches will be present for pointers, tips and to help you adapt each session to your ability and target race distance.
Davis County (Farmington): varies M,W,Th,Sa @ 5:30a
Meet at Nate Cook's home to run outside (weather permitting) or in his garage (he has treadmills)
Join mentor Nate Cook for the group workouts he leads M-Sa mornings. Typically Tuesdays and Fridays are swim days at SDRC (see weekly swims), other days are a mix of power-based indoor cycling rides, run workouts and bricks (bike + run together). Saturdays are an open door 5:30 - 11:30a; come when you can, Nate will help you get a good workout in and donuts are always provided!
